When you write to ManduriaShire, Mario Dimitri answers, personally, in English or Italian. Behind him is a small company: one architect on the building site and eleven AI agents built on Claude, by Anthropic, each with one job. Here is what that changes for you.

Checked before it reaches you. The agents prepare the work; Mario reads it and decides. The house rule is one: never invent, verify everything. Every amount, date or number we give you carries the document it comes from, so you can check it yourself.

A person, not a call centre. Nothing leaves the company without Mario’s “send”. What you receive is his answer, not a template.

Facts, not a sales pitch. On the 7% flat tax for foreign pensioners we give you the law and the threshold, then send you to a tax adviser, because only an adviser can say whether it applies to you. Houses are bought through licensed agencies and notaries, and we take no commission on properties that are not ours.

In person where it matters. In Puglia you build with human relationships. When you come to Manduria, viewings are arranged in person, in the old town. AI does not replace that time, it frees it.
